Two Ten Mentorship Program

The footwear industry is constantly changing, and with that comes new opportunities to learn, grow, and shape your career.

Two Ten Mentorship connects people who are looking to take the next step in their footwear careers with seasoned professionals who want to help them grow. Over three months, participants build meaningful relationships, exchange ideas, talk through challenges, and leave with the confidence to take their next step, however they define success.

Our promise is simple: every participant should feel they belong, feel supported, and see real opportunity to grow in their career.
